2025 FIT’NG Conference will take place in Dublin, Ireland from September 7-8, 2025. Join us to participate in this face to face conference with colleagues from across the globe for two days of great scientific exchange, mentorship and networking in Dublin.

 

Registration for FIT’NG 2025 includes:

  • Two full days of robust, peer reviewed scientific content featuring outstanding invited speakers, innovative oral sessions, and symposia
  • Two lunches (Sunday and Monday)
  • Daily coffee breaks

Become a member of FIT’NG

FIT’NG members benefit from reduced registration rates, among other membership benefits. If you are not currently a member of the society, you can join or renew prior to registering for the meeting. To register at a non-member rate, proceed directly to step two.

Payment accepted via major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and wire transfer.

Payment via wire transfer: Should you need to pay via wire transfer, or have any questions, please contact us for instructions.

Payment via credit card: Please note that due to the organization/banking being located in Canada, some credit cards may reject the initial charge, or may charge an additional “international” fee. If your card is declined, please check with your bank to ensure international transactions can be accepted. If you still have difficulties, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. The amount paid less a $75 processing fee will be refunded for cancellations post-marked, faxed, or emailed prior to August 15, 2025. Following this date, no refunds will be issued.

Transfer Policy: There will be a charge of $75 to transfer a registration to another person. Transfer requests must be made by August 15, 2025. Following this date, no transfers will be issued.
